Refund & Return Policy

Marevelloo offers a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable

How to Return

To start a return, email marevellogroup@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the return, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact marevellogroup@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost.
